Prices and payment

All displayed prices are in Australian Dollars unless otherwise stated and include GST. Freight costs will be added to your order after it has been submitted. Payment is accepted viaPayPal or direct deposit. Payment is made when you are contacted by a SAWCARE representative after you have submitted your online order. As per SAWCARE standard terms and conditions, payment must be received in full before title of goods sold is transferred. All prices are subject to change by SAWCARE without notice and shall be those ruling at the date of dispatch.

Delivery of goods

  • Delivery fees will be added to the order once it has been submitted and relayed to the buyer for final acceptance. Delivery fees located within this website are indicative only. All goods will be delivered as per the details supplied during the ordering process. Our standard delivery time for online orders is within 5 working daysof order confirmation and payment. If delivery times are likely to be delayed for any reason, SAWCARE will endeavour to contact the buyer. Delivery of the goods to the Buyer or to such person (including a carrier) or destination nominated by the Buyer shall constitute both delivery to and receipt of the goods by the Buyer

Purchasing and availability

All items offered on this website are subject to availability. Although this website is modelled on a regular online shop, it is in fact an online ordering system and payment is made offline after an order has been submitted. Once an order has been submitted, the buyer will be contacted to confirm the order and make payment. . Your order represents an offer to purchase a product.

Return and refund policy

Refunds are not permitted simply for a change of mind. If in the event that the goods purchased have been ordered incorrectly by the Buyer, then the Buyer shall within seven (7) days of the date of receipt, time being of the essence, notify SAWCARE of the same in writing giving full particulars to the claim. Thereafter SAWCARE shall accept return of the goods at seventy five percent (75%) of the original invoice value and on the basis that goods are deemed in as new condition for resale and that the Buyer shall arrange and pay for freight and pickup and all other necessary costs or related thereto the return to SAWCARE. If in the event the Buyer does not notify SAWCARE of the claim within seven (7) days of the date of receipt it shall be at the sole discretion of SAWCARE to accept return of any goods.
